We head north to Baguio City for this episode of Manila Street Kings. BJ Frondoso of the Baguio Makaluma Auto Club (BMAC) talks about his hill climber “Pepper,” a 1976 Mitsubishi L-type Lancer.

This car shed a lot of weight! As a Hill Climb Club of the Philippines enthusiast, weight reduction has been the priority along with a few modifications to make this Lancer a safe, but menacing hill hiker.

A father to two beautiful daughters, BJ still hopes that his girls will share his passion for cars. As a matter of fact, selling his prized Lancer is out of the question. Will this ride be future heirloom for the next generation of Frondosos? It will most likely be.
